Shipping policy

At Beads by Baker, we want you to love your purchase!

Please allow us up to 10–12 business days to process and produce your order.  All items are handmade. 

If you need to make a return, please reach out to us on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once your return is approved, you will have 14 days from the date you received your item to send it back.

After your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label to use when mailing your item back.
Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Returns must be approved by contacting us first via Instagram
• Return shipping label will be provided after approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding your refund or exchange.
